Alex Hayden Miller received his BFA in musical theatre from the University of Michigan in 2016. After graduation he moved to New York City to pursue a career as an actor, singer, dancer. Notable performing credits include听Mary Poppins听(Bert) Red Mountain Theatre-chroeo. Sara Brians,听West Side Story听(Action) Milwaukee Rep-choreo. Jon Rua, and听Anything Goes听(Tenor 1, Sailor Quartet) The Muny-choreo. Jared Grimes. Beyond his on-stage work, he was given the opportunity to work as a director, when he staged his first show while attending University of Michigan entitled听Freshmen Showcase听and assisted the director of the off-Broadway play听贵别谤驳耻蝉辞苍听with Jerry Dixon. These opportunities guided him to pursue a Master鈥檚 Degree in Nonprofit Leadership with an Arts Administration Focus, 2021 while being a guest tap instructor at the University of Oklahoma. He then began his choreography career when he was given the opportunity to create 4 shows (A Soldier鈥檚 Tale, Together We Celebrate,听Fun Home听and听Cinderella) at the nationally regarded Fulton Theatre led by Executive Artistic Producer Marc Robin. Alex worked alongside Marc Robin on all four projects, choreographing all four while serving as associate director on听A Soldier鈥檚 Tale听and听Cinderella. Insta – @thejackedtapper Website –听
